Recuperma‘s RECU 3 mainly distinguishes itself by its torsion-resistant welding construction All components are screwed together during the assembly. The constructive control of the flux of forces along the machine into the foundation guarantees the precise pressing and the maximum lifetime.
All welding plates (at least HB500) are profiled and are milled in-house so that material clamps are avoided as far as possible.
The hydraulic pumping system of the RECU 3 is optimally adapted to the requirements of the pressing processes and is adjusted to their motion sequences. Peak flows are prevented so that blows in the hydraulic system are a part of the past.
Clean hydraulic oil increases both the process safety and the service life of the individual hydraulic aggregates, such as pumps, for example. The hydraulic system of the RECU 3 is therefore standardly equipped with a return filtration that always filters the entire oil quantity, and a bypass flow filtration for about 10 % - 20 % of the oil quantity.
The hydraulic cylinders have an interior path measurement, and a special sealing system increases the piston speed with a simultaneously higher service life compared to seals/ presses common on the market.
The machine concept of the RECU 3 is rounded off by an intuitive to operate color display on which all machine statuses can be tracked at any time.
The central lubrication by means of of a progressive distributor on each bearing ensures an effective, automatic lubrication.
The RECU 3 is additionally equipped with a wireless remote control. The possibility to access the control by means of remote maintenance and to provide help directly from the Recuperma head office in Castrop-Rauxel saves time and money.
